Hares of Hampshire
An art trail in Hampshire that inspired the public and raised money for a local charity.
Created by the Murray Parish Trust, a charity that supports projects at Southampton Children's Hospital, provide mental health and physical care for the young people of the community.
Hares of Hampshire was an art trail in Winchester and Southampton, set up to inspire the public and raise money for PICU isolation cubicles for Southampton Children's Hospital.
Jacky Purtill created a bespoke hare from acrylic paint, posca pens and a resin coat. It took eight weeks to complete and was sold to a private buyer to raise money for the charity.
