There are two groups that revolve around supporting the isolated and promoting mental health: Links to Thrive and Ageing Creatively.
Links to Thrive are creative sessions led by professional artists designed to support the well-being of people through social prescription.
Ageing Creatively delivers a huge array of creative workshops, classes and courses specifically tailored to the over 55's.
